Wholesale Division - Customer Order Desk

**_Job Description: _**

The position of **Customer Order Desk** is a key position working as part of our current Administrative Team and assisting with day to day administrative and order entry duties. Must be focused on excellence in performing various duties such as providing customer services related to our retail and foodservice customer base and assisting our sales team. The following points outline basic office responsibilities.

**Previous office experience required.**

Job responsibilities include:
**_Order Desk:_**
- Customer service is priority number one - Bosa Foods is an energetic and exciting place to work, and no position is as fast-paced as telephone order desk
- Maintaining a sales-first attitude, providing our customers with appropriate substitute products and up-selling or cross-selling our product lines as necessary (requires a solid understanding of the products we offer and a background in the food industry)
- Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize and switch between projects is key
- Strong computer skills and interpersonal skills a must

**_Responsibilities:_**
- Answering and transferring incoming calls on multi-line phone system
- Input orders from customers
- Invoicing
- Data entry
- Assisting with customer service at front desk counter

**_Requirements:_**
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Written and Verbal communication skills in Italian would be an asset but not a requirement
- Intermediate levels working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail oriented and ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn
- Works well under pressure
- Flexibility to work shifts and Saturday rotation
