The Branch Coordinator will work within the Child Care Division to provide a variety of office administrative and program support services for their assigned branch and coordinate the day-to-day priorities of the management team.

You independently manage your own workload while taking into consideration changing priorities, tight deadlines, volume of work and available resources.

**Job Requirements**:

- Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
- Experience working in an administrative role.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience working in the BC Public Service.
- One (1) year experience working in an administrative role.

**About this Position**:
Two (2) positions available in Victoria.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies.
Employees of the BC Public Service must be located in BC at the time of employment.
