We're seeking a dynamic administrator to lead and ensure smooth operations within our dental equipment repair company. Your role will be pivotal in supporting company leadership, overseeing administrative functions, and maintaining efficient office procedures.

**Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership support and supervision to the administrative department, ensuring seamless operations.
- Welcome office visitors warmly and guide them to the appropriate contacts.
- Coordinate schedules and manage calendars for multiple parties, ensuring optimal arrangement of activities without conflicts.
- Arrange travel logistics and prepare meeting materials, presentations, and facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of company, employee, and client information.
- Manage inventory of office supplies, ensuring timely ordering, storage, and distribution.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of office equipment, ensuring smooth functionality.
- Review and optimize office operations to enhance accuracy, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide basic bookkeeping services as required.

**Administrator Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative services or a related field.
- Additional education, certifications, or relevant experience are advantageous.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and bookkeeping software may be necessary.
- Proficiency in office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, and phone systems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and organized approach to multitasking.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional demeanor, courteous manner, and clear, friendly phone etiquette.
