White Spot is currently looking for an E-Learning Specialist. Reporting to the Vice President of People and Training, you will play an important role in supporting and evolving the organization’s training initiatives, with overall responsibility for e-learning development.

**Responsibilities**
- Updating course information, videos, graphics in Storyline and Rise
- Launching new and updated courses in 3 Learning Management System sites (Cogcentric is the platform in use)
- Creating and maintaining training tools, including review documents and observational checklists
- Creating ad hoc courses to support changes and new initiatives
- Creating courses and quizzes for core menu rollouts and promo courses
- Updating core menu courses/videos on menu launch day
- Setting up reports to go with new courses
- Administering the 3 LMS sites - answering questions/requests from the field
- Editing videos in Camtasia
- Editing graphics / creating course banner images and icons
- Creating animated videos in Vyond
- Troubleshooting issues with the LMS sites with Cogcentric
- Updating policy documents in LMS and maintaining organized records
- Creating and sending out employee surveys through the LMS
- Other general support for training and communication related initiatives

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Experience working with a Learning Management System as an e-learning content developer or administrator
- Proven experience in developing e-learning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Previous experience in leading the creation of e-learning courses including planning, storyboarding, developing and reviewing
- Previous experience creating videos in Vyond would be helpful
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Strong instructional design capabilities
- Creative and innovative
- Generalist HR knowledge and experience would be an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 15 months

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
