West-Can Auto Parts is hiring for a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk at their head office in Coquitlam.

**We are looking for someone who is**:

- a team player with a positive, can-do attitude

- proficient in the use of Excel and Gmail
- able to type at a minimum speed of 25 words per minute
- reliable, trustworthy, and helpful
- friendly with good communication skills
- very organized and able to prioritize tasks
- analytical with forward-thinking skills
- a quick learner
- comfortable making collection calls
- able to build rapport with customers

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Processing cheque and credit card payments
- Processing incoming mail concerning billing and invoicing
- Communicating with customers about invoicing discrepancies and questions
- Engaging management over any AR problems encountered
- Initiating collections on past-due accounts
- Filing
- Entering data into Sage 50

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
