- Communicate with patients to gather information about their medical history and current condition
- Perform clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing patient records
- Manage the front desk and greet patients as they arrive
- File and organize documents related to patient care
- Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and insurance claims
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Marketing and social media skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage patient records and administrative tasks
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with social media platforms

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
