**Responsibilities Include**:

- Responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable department including preparing, verifying, and entering of invoices with high accuracy
- Coding of invoices and ensuring invoices are entered to relevant job cost codes
- Reconciling invoices to corresponding purchase orders and working through any discrepancies with our Trades and/or our estimating division
- Ensure adequate accounting of contractor holdbacks including the coordination of appropriate documentation from contractors prior to holdback releases
- Primarily responsible for supplier/contractor cheque runs for both revenue divisions while ensuring payment terms are consistent and utility payments are paid according to varying deadlines
- Assist controller monthly with accumulating data and invoice/payment backup for our various project construction draws
- Prepare account analysis and producing monthly reports to coordinate with monthly financial procedures
- Liaison with Controller on A/P aging and report to CFO
- Perform other tasks and assist with our Properties division as assigned by the Controller and/or CFO

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the Home Builder or Construction Industry in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
