Introduction
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un représentant aux ventes internes qui se joindra à notre équipe de vente et de services. L’objectif principal de ce poste sera de coordonner et d’agir comme lien important entre les activités de vente et de service à la clientèle, assurant ainsi que les objectifs sont atteints tout en mettant les besoins de nos clients en priorité. Pour ce poste, vous serez basé au nord de l’Ontario (Sudbury ou Timmons) ou au nord du Québec (Rouyn-Noranda, Val d’ Or) et relèverez du directeur des opérations des services et des ventes, Canada.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de gestionnaires de comptes sur sites et de représentants du service à la clientèle qui se consacrent à une forte croissance des ventes, motivée par les priorités des clients et de l’entreprise.

Ce que vous allez faire
- Fournir un soutien aux responsables de comptes sur site
- Responsable de la gestion des ventes pour les petits comptes
- Collaborer à l’élaboration des rapports mensuels, trimestriels et annuels
- Construire et développer les perspectives des ventes en analysant les données clients et commerciales
- Assurer le suivi des prospects, des soumissions et des propositions pour garantir les ventes
- Expédier les commandes pour s’assurer que les marchandises arrivent sur le site du client tel que prévu ou nécessaires
- Répondre aux demandes des clients en temps opportun
- Se déplacer au site selon le besoin
Qui êtes-vous
- Au moins 2 ans d’expérience préalable dans le domaine des ventes, dans un environnement professionnel axé sur la clientèle et à rythme rapide, ou dans la gestion de comptes sur site dans un secteur similaire
- Expérience de travail dans ou à proximité des services commerciaux, du service client, de la gestion des produits et des services
- Solides compétences en matière de négociation et d’influence, avec la capacité à établir des relations solides avec les clients
Compétences et aptitudes essentielles pour ce rôle
- Mentalité centrée sur le client, capable de transformer les problèmes/besoins du client en activités rentables
- Capacité à résoudre des problèmes et à trouver des solutions, aptitude mécanique
- Communication, coopération, relations interpersonnelles et présentation efficaces pour gérer les parties prenantes internes et externes
- Personne très motivée et capable de travailler sous pression et de respecter les délais
- Grande attention aux détails et à la précision
- Prêt à travailler avec des heures de travail flexibles pour respecter les délais, au besoin
- Volonté d’apprendre et d’améliorer continuellement sa propre base de connaissances
- Initiative autonome et indépendante axée sur l’atteinte ou le dépassement des objectifs fixés
- Bilingue français/anglais, parlé et écrit
- Adaptabilité : s’adapter efficacement au travail dans le cadre de nouvelles structures, processus, exigences ou cultures
