**The Opportunity**

**What You'll Do**

- _Manage complex calendars and prioritize meetings/calls as needed._

- _Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the consultant and external/internal team members._

- _Compose, prepare, and edit confidential correspondence._

- _Work closely and effectively with consultant and research stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and client needs are served. _
- _Perform additional administrative support activities, including but not limited to, fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, event planning, and other ad-hoc projects as requested._

- _Assist accounting department with billing, client invoicing, and receivables. _
- _Build positive relationships and interface regularly with high-level executives involved in highly confidential projects._

**_Administrative Support _**
- Database Management_

- _Diary booking management: phone calls/in-person meetings, interviews, and presentations. _
- _Record entry and record updating._

- _Upload documents/content to Person Records, Assignment/Project Records, Event Records._

- Travel and Expenses_
- _Assist with compiling documents for travel-related meetings. _
- _Manage expense reports for assigned Consultants from start to submission._

- Ad-hoc Administrative Assistance_
- _ Printing/Binding_

- _Administrative support for various virtual and/or in-person events (holiday parties, staff offsites, client events, business development events, etc.)_

- _Other administrative projects assigned by the Executive Assistant(s)_

**_Requirements_**

**_ What We're Looking For_**
- _ Bachelor's degree preferred_
- _
- _One year of experience in administrative function preferred, ideally within in a professional services firm. _
- **_Organized multi-tasker_**_: able to manage multiple projects with set deadlines as time management, pattern recognition, prioritization, diligent attention to detail and judgment are critical in this role._
- _
- **_Resourceful problem solver_**_: ability to work in ambiguous environments and comfortable with the unknown, as well as work well under pressure, solve problems._

- **_Self-starter_**_: highly motivated, excellent work ethic and self-assured, not easily thrown, able to think on your feet._
