Job Summary:
HIDEAWAY Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics
team with daily administrative tasks with a heavy focus on data entry. The ideal
within our organization. From inventory management to transportation coordination, the
Logistics Administrator will ensure the seamless flow of goods and materials through
the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately process and manage purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to track shipments and resolve any
discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, tracking stock movements and
ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Schedule shipments and deliveries, working closely with carriers and freight
companies.
- Monitor transportation costs, negotiate rates, and identify opportunities for cost
savings.
- Ensure all shipping and logistics documentation is accurate, complete, and in
compliance with relevant regulations.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to resolve logístical
issues promptly.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in shipments, invoices, and inventory
levels.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency
operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1 year of proven experience in logistics and/or supply chain administration,
considered an asset.
- 1-2 years data entry experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using logistics and inventory management software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to perform any tasks deemed necessary by the employer
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to reliability and punctuality
