We are excited to announce we are now looking for a Team Supervisor to join our Sales department

Polaris Sight Promotions is an expanding and rapidly growing promotional marketing and management company. We are expanding our crew that runs advertising and sales campaigns for one of our clients - the largest telecommunication network provider in Canada. We need a passionate and driven sales Supervisor to help us manage our growing sales teams

Please note, this is an Entry Level position; the training and mentorship will be provided to train you up into this role. The daily commute to our North York office & an open full time availability are required.
- As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for:_
- Maintaining the expected level of weekly closes to be an example of top-performance, and leading from the front.
- Training, coaching, and supervising new associates.
- Communicating with customers in-person with the highest level of professionalism, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Building and maintaining close brand relationships with new and existing consumers.
- Thoroughly evaluating clients’ needs and finding a perfect solution for their communication & network needs.
- Filing performance reports, sales records, track sales transactions & report directly to the senior managers.

**Salary**: From $33,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON M3B 1Z4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
