**Our Next Operations Coordinator**

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join our Operations North America Team. This role will be in our Saskatoon or Calgary office and will provide support to the VP of Operations and the Operations Management Team.

**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
- Executive Support to the VP Operations
- Check ins.
- Scheduling support.
- Meeting minutes.
- Deliverable tracking.
- Presentation development for board and company level meetings.
- General support as required.
- Operational Support
- Maintenance of operations business unit documents including core processes, SOPs and templates.
- Travel organization and administration.
- Maintenance of document file structure and operations business unit SharePoint site.
- Preparation and scheduling support for operations business unit meetings.
- Project Administrative Tasks
- Assist VP Operations with specific proposal development requirements as required.
- Assist VP Operations with project reporting tasks as required.
- Assist project controls team with specific project requirements as required.
- Assist project controls team with data entry tasks as required.
