Concord, Canada Easy Way Transport Inc. Full time

Responsibilities:

- Proactively provide administrative and organizational support in a fast-paced
- environment.
- Assist in business operations as required.
- Develop and maintain tariff pricing matrixes, and client specific project pricing.
- Upload and maintain pricing for freight marketplace boards.
- Assist in bringing on partner carriers.
- Interact and assist with customers, freight coordinators, inside sales, & operations staff,
- assist Director of Business Development.
- Maintain a repository of all rates, contracts, and carrier agreements.

**Requirements**:

- Two (2) years of previous administrative or customer service experience.
- Strong customer focus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational, problem-solving, time management,
- communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
- Transportation industry related or Supply Chain experience an asset.
- Knowledge of TMS systems (Rose Rocket) or others an asset.
- Excellent English and communication skills.

This is not a remote position.

Expected start date: 2024-02-26

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00 per year
