**Ivaco Rolling Mills** is seeking motivated **General Labourers** to join our Production Departments.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide labour support as required for specialty crews
- Perform general equipment maintenance
- Operate heavy machinery
- Execute setup and cleanup tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned

**SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**
- High school diploma
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
- Good physical condition - capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
- Working at Heights (certain positions)
- Criminal background check *required

**CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS**
- Full Time, Permanent Position
- Unionized
- Rotating schedule: 36-48 hours/week - 12 hour shifts
- Starting Salary: $24,73/hour
- Night shift premium: + $2.00/hour
- Weekend shift premium: + $2.00/hour
- Overtime pay
