**Ivaco Rolling Mills** is looking for a **Maintenance Planner** to join the Team
The Maintenance Planner is responsible to oversee various tasks to successfully ensure that all plant equipment is in good working condition, maintain records of the work history of each piece of equipment and work with plant managers and other personnel to schedule regular maintenance.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Initiate, prepare and expedite requisitions for parts, repairs, and service
- Monitor and update parts to inventory data in PMIS and periodically review inventory, categorize, add new parts to inventory
- Develop P.M. for new and existing assemblies, equipment, and system inspection frequencies as per manufacturer’s recommendations and historical performance data
- Prepare the preventive maintenance program schedules and maintain up to date the program’s data
- Provide information and prepare work schedules for shutdown, breakdowns, and regular maintenance work
- Uses PMIS system for information, records and reviewing of historical data
- Provides maintenance related technical information on specifications and data as requested including ISO procedures
- Open, maintain and close work orders using the PMIS
- Process drawing modifications as requested
- Organize and maintains drawings, reference manuals, information, and planning files
- Be part of major upgrade projects
- Prepare weekly schedule and facilitate weekly scheduling meeting
- Prepare daily schedule for maintenance supervisor
- Maintain liaison between the operations and maintenance departments.
- Receive and process daily schedule and late work report from previous day
- Maintain integrity of PM program, i.e., checklists, trigger, frequency, compliance, and schedules
- Establish and maintain equipment parts catalog, equipment history, storeroom, min/max levels
- Compile weekly compliance reports
- Coordinate project schedules
- Use equipment history files to learn from the past
- Planner will be filling in for the supervisor duration vacations
- Possibility to be promoted into maintenance management position in future
**SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering I Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience in Maintenance Planning field
- Previous planning experience in heavy industry would be considered as an asset.
- Advanced MS-office skills - Excel, Project
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Bilingual: English and French (oral and written) **preferred
**CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS**
- Salary: from 75k - according to experience
