As Office Manager, you will be the ‘face’ of our organization both internally and externally, and will demonstrate a high level of patience and empathy for the needs of our employees, providers and patients.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Ensure that all billing is submitted accurately and on time, in conjunction with the centralized billing team;
- Calculate private/MSP doctor payments and submit to the accounting team for processing;
- Supervision of medical support staff, including MOA’s and nursing personnel;
- Coordinate with the Owner and Medical Director to help steer the overall direction of the clinic and to ensure ongoing compliance with all municipal, provincial and CPSBC guidelines;
- Ordering and management of supply and equipment inventory;
- Resolve all patient escalations, including proactive monitoring of complaints and outreach to patients on social media channels and online reviews;
- Resolve any physician concerns, including minor technical issues with PC’s, printers, medical equipment, etc.

A valid MOA diploma from an accredited college and 4+ years experience working as an MOA; and 3+ years as an Office Manager is required. Experience with OSCAR EMR would be beneficial.
