**Job Summary**:
As a Central Dispatch Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient coordination and execution of transportation operations to ensure timely delivery of packages to customers. You will work closely with internal teams to optimize delivery routes, manage transportation resources, and resolve any logístical challenges that may arise. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate transportation activities tracking of delivery vehicles.
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure optimal allocation of resources and adherence to service level agreements.
- Monitor real-time transportation data and respond promptly to any issues or delays to minimize impact on delivery schedules.
- Communicate effectively with internal team and provide necessary instructions or support to facilitate smooth delivery operations.
- Analyze transportation performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement strategies to optimize delivery routes and minimize fuel consumption while meeting delivery deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all transportation activities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on transportation performance to management.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in transportation operations.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on transportation performance for management review.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of transportation processes.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in transportation operations, dispatching, or logistics coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret transportation data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
