**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented **INBOUND DISPATCHER** to join our team. We are searching Dispatch will be responsible Tracking -Tracing for coordinating and scheduling **transportation **services efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize transportation management systems to schedule and dispatch drivers
- Communicate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
- Analyze routes to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving departments to track shipments
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Use phone systems to communicate with drivers and internal teams
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette when interacting with customers and drivers

**Qualifications**:

- Previous 3 years experience in flatbed dispatching, shipping, or transportation operations preferred
- Proficiency in expert, load link etc.
- Ability to analyze information and make quick decisions
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with drivers and team members
- Knowledge of freight operations and logistics processes
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail

Pay: $70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
