RestaJet is a North American based online food ordering and loyalty software company that sells into the entire gamut of customers from Enterprise to shop-front. The company has offices in Toronto and Istanbul.

Restajet is seeking a high-performing Director of Sales to join the team. Reporting to the CEO, this high-energy, entrepreneurial and proven Sales Professional will devise and implement a channel and direct sales strategy within the non-enterprise POS space to achieve the Company’s revenue growth and customer retention objectives.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Build and roll-out channel partner strategies
- Develop and retain strategic contacts with key accounts
- Own the sales cycle from lead to close
- Drive SaaS revenue by selling solutions to new accounts
- Track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and targets
- Drive retention and growth among RestaJet’s valuable customers by understanding their changing business needs and aiding them in their success
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues if necessary
- Develop an intricate understanding of the competitive landscape and be able to utilize that knowledge to make effective business decisions
- Help direct sales reports achieve sales targets and quotas
- Any additional tasks as needed to fulfill job objectives

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Over 5 years of proven B2B Enterprise sales experience in a related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is an asset
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to motivate and encourage team members Strong oral and written communication skills
- Able to problem solve and develop solutions to diverse and complex situations Adequate time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Work Location: In person
