Commercial Strategy Lead

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Expansion & Strategy**:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the cement and SCM industries, focusing on high-growth markets and emerging trends.
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to increase market share and sales volume of cement and SCM products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for innovation.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in cement companies, construction firms, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts with clients in the cement manufacturing, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
- Collaborate with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling SCM products.
**Sales & Revenue Growth**:
- Drive revenue growth by promoting the company's cement and SCM products to new and existing clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track key metrics, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets by developing tailored approaches for different customer segments.
**Partnerships & Collaboration**:
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other industry players to secure raw materials and enhance product offerings.
**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
- 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing within the cement or SCM industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies in the cement, concrete, or construction materials sectors.
- Strong understanding of cement production, SCM technologies, and industry supply chains.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- In-depth knowledge of cement and SCM markets, with strong industry contacts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on market trends and customer needs.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
**Travel**:
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients, attend industry events, and collaborate with internal teams across locations.
