About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Office Manager to join our team at Alpha Commercial Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, hiring, training, and directing staff, and advising senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Hire, train, and direct staff to achieve business objectives
  • Advise senior management on business operations and strategy
  • Manage contracts and agreements with clients and vendors
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of data and information to inform business decisions
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
