About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Office Manager to join our team at Alpha Commercial Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, hiring, training, and directing staff, and advising senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Hire, train, and direct staff to achieve business objectives
- Advise senior management on business operations and strategy
- Manage contracts and agreements with clients and vendors
- Oversee the collection and analysis of data and information to inform business decisions
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP education
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
