Green Nation Naturals is looking for an experienced, well-organized individual.

Currently this is a part-time position that could lead to full time with company growth.
- 5+ years full cycle bookkeeping experience including Financial Reporting
- Proficient in Payroll
- Proficient with QuickBooks and MS Office (particularly Excel) including working with APPS
- Preference will be given to those who have Human Resources experience and a payroll certificate
- Website management
- Business Social Media experience

**Job Duties**:
**Bookkeeping Expectations**:

- Post daily Sales and Reconcile Cash Deposits
- Prepare bank deposits
- Post A/P and bill payments
- Reconcile bank and vendor accounts
- Posting Month End Inventory Adjustments
- Process bi-weekly Payroll
- Prepare Government Remittances for payment
- Preparing Monthly Financial Statements
- Prepare year end documents for the Accountant
- Post Accountants adjusting journal Entries

**Administrative Expectations**
- Lead efforts to synchronize and integrate office functions
- Assist in planning, recruiting and onboarding new team members
- HR Portal Navigation and Data Entry
- POS Portal Navigation and Data Entry
- Support the management of the company’s social media presence and posting
- Support various workstreams in operations
