**Your Job**
Manages and follow up on the customer score cards reflecting good communication,service and OTD.
The administration and follow up of the ERP process and analysis of demands, firm and forecast received from customers. Plan and coordinate with the warehouse the shipping signal for deliveries of finished products to customers, complying in a timely manner.

**What You Will Do**
- Demand updated in the ERP system according to the last release received.
- Follow-up to the execution of the shipment signal.
- Registration of clients in the ERP system in a timely manner
- Correct generation of sales orders
- Service Bills

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Previous experience on a silimar position.
- Experience with direct communication with customers and internal suppliers (planning / production / purchases)
- English Professional Proficiency
