**Key Responsibilities**
- Process shipping packing slips, commercial invoices and labels
- Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day activities
- Communicate with job site general contractor for delivery confirmation, 1 week before, 24hr before
- General administrative duties for the office
- Co-ordinate all freight with carriers
- Process shipping schedules
- Balance all shipments and invoicing at month-end
- Work side by side with the Shop Coordinator and Project Manager to update changes to shipments per store project
- Ensures inventory forecasts and summaries are submitted to customers every month
- Ensure all work orders are released to production with approved drawings, coordinated with Director of Sales

**Required Skills and Knowledge**
- Business Administration diploma/degree, or equivalent
- Ability to multi-task and work under limited supervision
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and negotiation skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Quick book OL.
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization and decision-making skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON L3R 1E1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
