**Position Summary**

Reporting to the assigned Regional Manager, the Sub Regional Manager will have the responsibility of developing a strong enrolment pipeline within the department’s region(s), by developing and implementing an integrated, comprehensive recruitment strategy comprised of communications, business development, marketing and enrolment management business plans. Working closely with the Regional Manager, the incumbent will manage all operational activities for recruitment and enrolment in the assigned region(s). The manager can be required to travel for a significant portion of their time.

The incumbent will be responsible for executing strategic activities and projects associated with international recruitment, admissions, and registration of international students from the incumbent's assigned region(s). They will also be responsible for showcasing and raising Centennial's profile as the provider of quality educational programs in their assigned regional markets. The incumbent implements strategic initiatives to recruit international students aggressively and meet enrolment targets while incorporating students' positive and engaging experiences. Lastly, the incumbent identifies and assists in developing new revenue opportunities that contribute to continued financial growth on behalf of Centennial in support of its academic vision and for high-quality customer services to international students within Ontario and abroad.

**Responsibilities**
- Attends international student recruitment fairs, agency & school visits to recruit international students from China and Asia Specific
- Travel to the various countries assigned to attract international students into Centennial's College programs.
- Implement and execute the annual recruitment plan, techniques, and strategies in coordination with the Regional Manager.
- Distribute the appropriate promotional material for education fairs, agency visits, school visits, seminars.
- Train and follows up with prospects/lead and new agents' inquiries on time to ensure optimum conversion rate and customer service.
- Create webinars, attend digital fairs, and Zoom meetings in coordination with the regional manager to follow the annual recruitment plan d to the Regional Director, who will design the overall regional recruitment strategy by country.
- Ensures sound financial planning and budgeting control systems are in place to ensure maximum return for investments made.
- Works closely with the admission officer, student advisors and faculty to ensure that the prospective student follows Centennial's College rules and policies.
- Identify and recommend strategies to continually evaluate and improve the recruitment of international students for the Latin America and Caribbean market.
- Supervises, engages, organizes, and facilitates comprehensive and in-depth recruitment and sales training for a team of recruiters and coordinators within a unionized environment.
- Partners closely with the Regional Manager to develop operational activities, understand the markets, and meet planned revenues in the assigned region.
- Provide expert consultation services about international market intelligence to the Regional Manager Responsible for showcasing and raising Centennial's profile as the provider of quality educational programs in their assigned regional markets.

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Three (3) year Diploma/Degree in Business or related field, i.e., Business Administration, International Relations, International Business, Education, Adult Education, Educational Administration or equivalent.
