Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our automotive dealership sales team at Chatham Mazda. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching and developing the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities**:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to maximize revenue and market share
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Coach and train sales team members on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management
- Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate goals, track progress, and provide ongoing support and feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer experiences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, leveraging existing networks and actively seeking new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to remain competitive and identify potential areas for improvement
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
- Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach
**Business Skill Requirements**:
