We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Manager that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An Inside Sales Manager will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop business plans that reflect organizational goals that focus on sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meet and exceed sales goals set by the organization.
- Actively manage inside sales performance and develop sales force competence of team to ensure goals and targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with procurement team on maintaining accurate inventory levels to support successful lead generation and sales strategies.
- Responsible for the training and development of the insides sales team to promote the organization’s products and services.
- Maintain and execute customer development plans aimed at building long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies such as pricing intelligence and lead generation.
- Coach and mentor inside sales teams regularly to ensure business needs are met.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a similar client-facing sales role, within the metals industry with a special focus on stainless steel and aluminum products
- Proven ability to effectively manage, train and develop employees.
- Post-secondary education from an accredited institution (significant sales experience, in lieu of education will be considered)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer service experience, coupled with a positive, professional attitude.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines.
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills

**Salary**: $30.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
