**Inside Sales Representative - Lubricants Products**

Transitioning from Inside Sales to a Territory Sales Representative.

Our fleet of trucks and network of commercial fuel cardlock locations have established us as industry leaders, providing businesses with top-quality gasoline, heating oil, diesel fuel, diesel exhaust fluid, and specialty services. Transit Lubricants, a Chevron lubricant marketer, offers premium brand name products backed by one of the world's largest petroleum companies. Plus, our market-leading private label brand caters to the discerning "Premium Value" buyer.
**Primary Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential customers.
- Address evolving customer needs with exceptional service and tailored solutions.
- Continuously enhance the customer experience through proactive strategies.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, develop accounts, and generate quotes.
- Understand customer needs to recommend specific products and value-added services, exceeding sales targets.
- Processing orders promptly and accurately, while coordinating delivery schedules to ensure timeliness.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers associated with opportunities.
- Support outside sales and management in processing priority transactions.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to keep management informed.
- Collaborate closely with the Manager to devise strategic sales approaches.
- Assist customers in completing necessary forms and paperwork for account activation and maintenance.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Work Monday to Friday at Transit's corporate office in Kitchener, Ontario.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Minimum of a College Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- At least two (2) years of prior inside sales experience preferred, or a combination of two or more years in outbound customer service and inside sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office® suite, including Excel®, Word®, and PowerPoint®.
- Willingness to learn our client-based CRM system.
- Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is an asset.
- Must possess a full G license in Ontario.
