General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities-
- Develop and maintain databases used to draft documents in collaboration with relevant sectors-
- Answer questions from the people involved and discuss special files with clients, consulting firms and internal representatives from other sectors, among others- Plan the work schedule, taking into account clients' deadlines and specific requests, to meet the productivity objective set at the beginning of the year- Collect, compile and analyze data. Write recommendations- Support project teams and coordinate follow-up for all activities- Help monitor the industry to stay on top of the latest trends, opportunities and best practices in your field.

Other working conditions- Workplace : Position located in Toronto, Mississauga, Ottawa, Calgary, Vancouver, Lévis, Québec ou Montréal, depending on the applicant selected. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work #LI-Hybrid- Number of jobs available : 1

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, writing, insurance or a related field- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in group insurance

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

Specific knowledge- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word- Advanced knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with (language)-speaking partners, members and/or clients
