**We are looking for Client Service Manager, Group Benefits to join our team in our Montreal office**

As a Client Service Manager, Group Benefits you will be responsible to assist the Benefits Consultants in maintaining and exceeding the service standards to clients/prospects. The tasks will involve providing daily administration of clients related to group insurance, as well as and if applicable, individual insurance.

**Your day as a Client Service Manager, Group Benefits**

**Client Services**
- Respond to telephone calls and written inquiries from clients and insurers as they relate to the group insurance plan and if needed, individual insurance
- Provide service to clients including managing the administrative procedures regarding enrolment, changes, terminations, etc.
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness and as required, notes and correct errors
- Prepare letters of termination
- Verify and follow up on implementation material (new clients, existing clients, modifications, etc.), including the proposals and administrative documents requested by the insurers, the enrollment forms, booklets and contracts
- Participate in enrollment for new clients by preparing presentations for the employees (memos, brochures, information packages, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)
- Obtain answers to administrative problems/missing information and be able to properly advise the insurers and/or clients
- Keep up-to-date files as well as properly file correspondence, contracts, booklets, etc.
- Keep an up-to-date contact list of the clients and insurers
- Follow corporate policies and procedures
- Other miscellaneous duties and special projects as required

**Support to advisors, underwriters, client service managers, and other team members**
- Take charge of client files: research, and begin taking the necessary steps to resolve problems and provide service to clients while other team members are absent or on vacation
- At least two years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of the Group Benefits industry
- Positive attitude “I can do it”
- Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and in English
- Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook and Word)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
