Your career at iA Financial Group begins with a 5-week paid training course with access to a trainer and coach at all times to guide your development.
**Your training covers the following topics**:
- Discovering and learning about insurance products and financial services
- Resolving complex cases
- Mastering software and work tools required for this position
**What we offer**:
- Minimum hourly wage starting at $25 based on your experience
- A 35-hour weekly schedule, ranging between 8 AM and 9:30 PM from Monday to Friday, set one month in advance for a stable work routine
- Telework (please note that office attendance is required at least once a month)
