What you’ll do & Who you are
We are currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a system or operations professional looking to gain first-hand experience across the fast-growing online classifieds and advertising space. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the systems team and end-users across all areas of the business in sales, management, finance, product, customer support, operations, and marketing.
This is a fixed term contract for 14 months.
What you’ll do:
- Manage system access, profiles, role hierarchy- Customisation of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations across business units- Maintain and cleanse naming conventions throughout the system for business units, pick lists, report folders, dashboards to improve system usability and scalability- Customise Salesforce to meet business requirements via flows and approval processes- Work closely with sales, sales operations, and customer support teams to develop training plans and create user guides / documentation where necessary- Participate in the software testing process, which includes devising and documenting test plans, creating test cases, and co-ordinating actual software testing- Act as a liaison between operational and systems teams, provide users with first line technical support and troubleshooting where required- Logging and tracking identified system problems through to resolution - ensure ticketing systems remain up to date throughout project lifecycle- Assist with on-boarding of new employees to Salesforce and Salesforce functionality- Adhere to change management process and best practices, liaise with Global compliance team- Work with stakeholders to turn business requirements into meaningful and insightful reports and dashboards
Who you are:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience with Salesforce- Experience supporting sales and customer support teams- Ability to provide training to end users across the org- Salesforce certification (ADM 201 / ADM 211 / ADM 301) is an asset- Understanding of relational databases- Excellent communication and analytical skills
