Nous recherchons un représentant des ventes internes pour rejoindre notre équipe

En tant que représentant des ventes internes, votre objectif principal est de fidéliser et d'étendre notre base de clients PME fidèles, satisfaits et rentables. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des relations avec les clients, de la fourniture d'un service exceptionnel et de la présentation des nouveaux produits et services de Konica Minolta à vos clients assignés.

**Ce que vous ferez ici**:

- Collaborer avec les équipes de support du marché local pour présenter les avantages des produits, services et solutions de Konica Minolta
- Développer et présenter des propositions personnalisées répondant aux besoins spécifiques de chaque client
- Établir des relations avec les décideurs clés pour sécuriser de nouvelles affaires et renforcer les partenariats existants
- Maintenir la satisfaction des clients en gérant les activités de rétention, en concluant régulièrement des ventes et en atteignant les objectifs mensuels d'activité et de revenus
- Générer des revenus à partir du portefeuille de services complet, y compris les services et offres étendus
- Maintenir des prévisions de comptes précises et développer le pipeline.
- Générer des prospects pour nos services gérés et offres informatiques, y compris l'approvisionnement en TI
- Mener des sessions d'examen de la planification des affaires technologiques et des évaluations périodiques avec les clients
- Gérer les escalades des comptes débiteurs pour assurer des paiements de factures rapides.
- Coordonner avec les équipes du marché et votre responsable direct pour mobiliser les ressources au besoin.
- Aider à la documentation liée à toutes les phases du client et identifier des projets supplémentaires

**Ce que vous apportez à la table**:

- Diplôme BA ou BS ou combinaison équivalente d'éducation et d'expérience pertinente (préféré)
- Bilingue Francais
- Anglais
- Excellentes compétences en prospection et découverte
- Compétences exceptionnelles en organisation, gestion du temps et multitâche
- Solides compétences en développement commercial, négociation et influence.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
- Maîtrise pour expliquer des informations techniques complexes à des publics non techniques.
- Capacité à exprimer le ROI.
- Capacité à vendre des solutions.
- Solides compétences en planification et en conclusion.
- Engagement solide envers les ventes et le service à la clientèle avec une bonne initiative et un suivi
