Automoves provides dependable vehicle shipping services to retail and commercial customers across Canada.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inside Sales Agent to join our growing logistics team. This position will be responsible for soliciting and managing new customers (both retail and commercial).

You'll work closely with our sales and operations team to achieve projected revenue goals and customer satisfaction.

**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Place outgoing calls to our prospective client database to arrange introductory appointments for our Outside Sales Team.

**Pipeline Management**:

- Gather, record, and understand client needs and requirements.
- Confirm, update, and build client database using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and customers within the CRM.
- Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in our services.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our company services and how they address client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate our value proposition.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven inside sales experience is an asset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be consultative and strategic.
- Customer service-focused approach to interactions.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to read, react, and adapt sales approaches as necessary.
- Proficient computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Proposal Generation**:

- Create compelling and customized proposals for potential clients.
- Collaborate with our Sales Team to tailor proposals to specific client and project requirements.
- Ensure that proposals align with the company's capabilities and pricing structures.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

- Secondary School (preferred)
