In our Talent Acquisition organization your impact will be deep. We are experts at our craft, influencing top talent and business leaders to make well-informed decisions through data insights and market intelligence. We think broadly and implement strategies to acquire, assess, and close top talent to help the company reach its product and revenue goals.
This role will be supporting the growth of our Toronto site which has been defined as a growth site for Intuit and our technology teams. This will include hiring across our technology ecosystem from Software Developers to Product Managers and Designers.
**What you'll bring**:
- Proven success in full cycle recruitment with Tech based roles (Software Development, Product Management, Design etc)
- Experience and comfort partnering & consulting at all levels of leadership
- Desire and capability to work with other Talent Partners to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of openings
- Possess an ability to be flexible and provide the right solution at the right time
- Success in developing inclusive pipelines
- Growth mindset and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics as needed
- Success in guiding, consulting and educating hiring managers on hiring best practices
- Experience in guiding managers on use of corporate services such as relocation and immigration

**How you will lead**:
- Serve as an advisor to internal stakeholders likely up to the VP & SVP level to deeply understand business strategies and talent needs for today and the future
- Account Manager for key business units hiring in Toronto
- Build a trusted advisor relationship with hiring managers & exec leaders, coaching them on effective search strategies, compensation, and interviewing
- Build, maintain and present hiring dashboard and recruitment metrics across the business
- Develop and execute end to end proactive sourcing strategies in multiple disciplines/domains
- Build pools of talent across the business in multiple disciplines
- Contribute to the operational excellence of the team through the leadership of strategic projects
