Hamilton, Canada Collective Arts Brewing Full time

We are looking for a new grad to join Collective Arts as our new **Inside Sales Representative**. In this role you will play a fundamental role in achieving our sales and customer service objectives.

This is a hybrid position where you will need to be in the office two days per week preferably Tuesdays and Thursdays.

**A typical day as an Inside Sales Representative includes**:

- Organize orders, process orders and ensure inventory is accurate after orders
- Maintain and expand current database of prospects
- Effectively planning daily, and weekly outreach to customers to solicit sales orders
- Follow up on all service related issues and opportunities in a thorough and timely manner
- Participate in sales meetings by voicing customer facings insights and concerns
- Provide solutions that maintain customer satisfaction and follow established policies
- Establish customer loyalty and retention by responding to customer inquiries quickly and respectfully, and making appropriate beer recommendations
- Assist in generating sales and accounts receivable reports for the sales team and management
- May be required to assist with local Hamilton based sales events

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong phone presence and an ability to convey the Collective Arts brand over the phone
- Previous experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite or Google workspace
- Excel / Sheets proficiency is considered an asset
- Possesses outstanding time management and multi-tasking capability
- Previous Sales or customer service experience is an asset
- Valid Ontario driver license
