**Summary**:
The Corporate Communications team develops and manages all external and internal communications strategies for Bell, providing leadership on Media and Financial Communications, Internal Communications and Community Investment.
The Corporate Communications team is seeking a Manager to assist in the development of executive and internal communications that reinforce Bell’s Strategic Imperatives, promote employee engagement and support corporate and business unit performance. This position will be part of the Employee Communications team, focused on communications that enhance the employment experience including HR, integration and Corporate Services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Working with the Senior Manager, Communications, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Participate in the execution of internal communication plans that support employee communications, HR, integration and Corporate Services functions
- Act as a communications contact and provide day-to-day communications counsel for leaders
- Provide communications support by developing communications plans, organizational announcements, executive notes, online articles, presentations, etc.
- Become a go-to source for relevant and useful content, coordinating translation and distribution of finished materials across appropriate internal communication channels
- Collaborate effectively with broader corporate communications team and national stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate messaging
**Critical Qualifications**:
- BA in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or other related discipline and/or relevant experience
- 3 years professional experience in communications
- Superior writing ability in a variety of online and print formats
- Demonstrated experience in executive communications
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Collaborative, flexible and able to juggle multiple projects
- Ability to effectively work in a self-directed manner, and as part of a team
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills suitable for collaborating with multiple stakeholders at all levels of management
