**This is a hybrid role with the requirement to work in the office 2 days a week.**

**Your role**

As Executive Assistant, you will assist the Project Managing Director in organizing and co-ordinating his activities.
You will work with a number of internal and external stakeholders, including other assistants and project managers. You will also be responsible for tracking documentation and ensuring its accuracy.

**You will have the following responsibilities**:

- Work with executives and project managers on a regular basis.
- Manage the Project Managing Director’s calendar.
- Arrange meetings and conference calls: prepare agendas, draft minutes and produce various documents and presentations.
- Direct the flow of information between the Project Managing Director’s office and internal/external sources; assess the urgency and importance of queries/problems and ensure a timely response/resolution.
- Plan and co-ordinate travel, regional tours and meetings held off-site (such as association forums).
- Occasionally perform research, analysis and some project co-ordination in department activities.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with various CBC/Radio-Canada leadership teams and all external contacts.

**You possess the following qualifications**:

- College diploma (DCS) or any combination of relevant training and experience
- At least five years’ wide-ranging executive-level administrative support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Functional knowledge of spoken and written French
- Good interpersonal skills
- Highly developed administrative and organizational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong ability to handle multiple priorities, work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines
- Creativity to develop techniques for improving processes.
