Payment Compliance Entrance Monitoring
What We Need
Corpay is looking to hire a Payment Compliance Entrance Monitoring Specialist to oversee and manage payment transaction compliance tasks. This position falls under our Cross-Border line of business and is located in Toronto, CAN. This role will handle live and post-transactional reviews, assist with investigations, and ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and prevailing sanctions legislation. You will report directly to the Compliance Manager Sanctions and regularly collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address compliance-related needs. This role is essential for maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements.
The salary range rate for this position is $68,000 - $73,000 CAD.

As a Payment Compliance Entrance Monitoring, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
As the Payment Compliance Entrance Monitoring Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting live reviews of payments.
- Performing post-transactional reviews.
- Assisting with internal investigations and handling inquiries from banking partners.
- Managing screening and Know Your Customer (KYC) related tasks.
- Investigating suspicious activity through automated alert generation and exception reporting.
- Reviewing and analyzing payment transactions to ensure they are compliant with sanctions legislation.
- Assisting with compliance-related projects on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience conducting KYC investigations.
- Ability to draft, edit, and file reports to Canadian and American government agencies.
- Strong understanding of sanctions regimes and programs.
- Ability to handle sensitive data and information.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in live and virtual team environments.
- Self-driven, with a focus on professional development and performance improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience required.
- CAMS certification is preferred but not required.
- At least three (3) years of experience in a compliance role or equivalent.
