**As a Payment Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring merchants are well-prepared and set up to utilize payment capabilities within their software installations. You will work closely with our pre-sales engineers, professional services, and product to ensure the seamless integration of payment functionalities.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Workflow Management: Understand the different payment feature workflows and track progress of separate implementations
- Configurations and Testing: Understand all points of configuration to ensure payment functionality is established (eg. Gateways, terminals)
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that implementations meet all necessary regulations and standards, including PCI DSS.
- Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, professional services, and product teams to address any technical challenges or client-specific requirements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation on payment integration processes, best practices, and FAQs.
- Feedback Loop: Gather feedback on the integration process and use this to recommend improvements to our software and integration methodologies.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in payment processing and related technologies
