Business Development Rep

Schema App is a SaaS platform for a super niche search optimization strategy called Schema Markup. Our purpose is to build meaningful connections at work, with our customers and within web content. Brands like SAP, Keen, Upwork, Henry Ford Healthcare choose to work with us to help them achieve their organic search goals because of our innovative tech, awesome customer experience and tangible ROI.
Schema App is looking for a Sr. Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growth team. As a key member of our team, you will be on the front lines of our sales process responsible for strategically sourcing (outbound) and qualifying sales opportunities for targeted accounts though our account based marketing (ABM) program.
We are flexible first, which means you get to choose if you are in the office or work from home. The Growth team comes in the office regularly, and in order to build meaningful connections we encourage you to do so too.
**Responsibilities**:
- Strategically research and develop accounts for prospecting.
- Cold calling and recording videos to send
- Hunt for new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years BDR Experience
- Be nimble. Willing to work a process, ask lots of questions and help improve the process.
- Excited to thrive in a fast paced environment, developing the role as things evolve with our business.
- Passionate to learn and looking for personal growth in sales
- Highly organized and resourceful; expert active listener
- Self-starter that wants to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
