Schedule : 4x10 (M-Th 4 days a week / 10 hours a day)
Pay : $50K/yr base + bonus
About the Opportunity:
Join a leading mortgage lender recognized nationally for its outstanding service and commitment to customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to strengthen our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in consumer (C2C) sales of 2+ years and a passion for driving business growth.

Your Role:
As a Business Development Representative, you will:
- Convert leads into loan applications, managing the sales process from start to finish.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, guiding clients through the loan origination process.
- Collaborate with the processing team to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing.
- Maintain consistent client follow-up and updates, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Work closely within your team leads and managers to foster a cooperative and productive environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a commission-based role.
- Demonstrated track record of excellent customer service and client management.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interactions and team collaboration.
