We are currently seeking a HR Coordinator to join our HR group at VITAC, a core division of The Verbit Group. A subsidiary company of Verbit, VITAC Canada is a leading provider of transcription and captioning services. With its own proprietary AI-based live transcription technology, VITAC Canada delivers high-quality, real-time captions and transcriptions to broadcasters, government organizations and enterprises all over North America.

Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, the HR Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for all HR-related activities to ensure smooth day to day operations. HR responsibilities include but are not limited to recruitment activities, onboarding, off-boarding, maintaining employee files, tracking and updating employee status changes, maintaining and updating job descriptions, processes and HR documentation. Acts as central contact for employee questions. In addition, works closely with the VITAC Canada on-site HRBP and assists with Health & Safety compliance requirements and provides facility and reception support.

Location: Montreal (On-Site), Close proximity to Parc metro & free parking available (hybrid schedule once training is completed)

- Coordonner les documents de RH pertinents et le traitement de la paie en cas de changement de la situation d’emploi, y compris les départs, les embauches, la modification de la paie et les promotions.
- Préparer et mettre à jour les dossiers d’employés et les documents de RH sur les embauches, les mutations, les promotions et les départs.
- Superviser les périodes de probation et en faire le suivi, en collaboration avec les gestionnaires.
- Tenir à jour des organigrammes, des descriptions de poste détaillées et des relevés du traitement.
- Compiler des statistiques sur la dotation en personnel et le taux de roulement, et préparer des rapports et des analyses à des fins d’amélioration.
- Participer au processus d’immigration (permis de travail).
- Participer au processus de fin d’emploi et coordonner les entrevues de départ.
- Agir à titre de personne-ressource pour toute question du personnel (recrues ou non) sur les politiques, procédures et programmes de RH.
- Participer à la recherche pour l’analyse salariale, au besoin.
- Appuyer la création, la révision et la mise en œuvre des processus, politiques, programmes et procédures de RH, et y participer.
- Aider le partenaire RH à veiller au respect de la loi provinciale sur la santé et la sécurité.
- Gérer les congés et les blessures ou accidents liés au travail, et veiller à la résolution rapide des problèmes de l’installation ayant une incidence sur la santé et la sécurité.
