Harvard Developments has an immediate opening for a Project Administrator to join its team in Edmonton to perform job cost accounting, analysis and forecasting, contract administration, and service fee collections.

**What you will bring to the job**:

- An Accounting Diploma with one to two years of experience;
- Experience with job cost accounting for capital projects;
- Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting;
- Knowledge of contract law or experience in administering construction contracts
- Expert spreadsheet, database, and word processing skills, with experience using financial management software;
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
- Proficiency in the English language both written and oral, as well as strong communication and relationship building skills;
- Superior organization and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
