**About The Role**:
Leave No Trace’s part-time Communications and Admin Associate will support the continued growth, awareness, and engagement of current and future members across two core pillars of activity. This is a Quebec-based position.

**Membership and In-Office Administration & Management**:

- Maintain, update, and leverage Member database as needed, to access member and partner files for review and amendments;
also to produce contact lists
- Maintain/improve current databases of Leave No Trace current and past files, including members, current and former corporate partners, and so on
- Maintain inventory of training and display materials
- As needed, send out training & display materials.
- Supports Leave No Trace Canada committee work on a priority basis within the time allowances of their work week

**Communications, Marketing, and Social Media**:

- Assists in the development and leads execution of external communications for social media, preparing a social media calendar and executing posts on all Leave No Trace sites in French & English (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, other as appropriate)
- Facilitate communication to the public, LNTC members, partners and instructors
- Experience or comfort with making basic entries/corrections to our websites in Wordpress would be helpful
- Supports the development of corporate partnerships and funding efforts
- Supports the establishment of corporate partnerships, and is involved in efforts to acquire grants and other funding opportunities
- Supports the Board of Directors for the development of the Leave No Trace program in Canada
- Translation of various letters and documents as required
- Supports and works with the Chair of Leave No Trace Canada on a scheduled and ad hoc basis with all aspects of their employment
- Aligns actions and direction with the goals set out in the Strategic Plan, and makes recommendations of future actions and strategic efforts in support of the strategic plan
- Additional skill sets would be helpful in the areas of organization finance and budgeting

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
