The **HRIS Systems Admin** (**Workday**) provides expert knowledge in configuring, maintaining, and supporting HR systems and processes. The Admin collaborates with and advises users, on system design decisions, user experience, complex issue resolution, and process design.

**Key responsibilities**
- Assist with preparation information gathering, system testing, and documentation required to administer HR programs or initiatives.
- Manages cultural and technological changes, consulting with the appropriate business partners to drive organizational changes as necessary.
- As part of a larger team, this role supports administration of the Workday system including all integrations, system configuration, maintaining security, data audits and corrections, and introduction of new functionality.
- Proactively works to improve and optimize the Workday system to meet changing business needs and utilizes best practices within existing departmental and company policies and procedures, ensuring appropriate documentation, implementation and communication of these changes.
- Monitors, resolves, and responds to all questions/issues from HR, Recruiting, and Management as it relates to processing actions in HRIS system.
- Regularly perform data audits, validation, and follows up with appropriate teams for corrections.
- Supports the design, building, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting of system enhancements and other automation projects in the areas of integrations and security utilizing dedicated Human Resources technology.
- Consults with departments such as Accounting, Payroll, and IT as needed to develop cooperation and support project requirements and specifications.
- Ensure assigned systems, procedures, projects and reports are in compliance with internal policies and procedures, in addition to laws and regulations which apply.
- Provides reporting expertise and recommendations to HR and business leaders.
- Acts as the key HR liaison to Workday consultants.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years of HR or business related experience.
- Minimum three years of HRIS experience (Workday is a must) focused on the areas of integrations and security is preferred.
- Skilled at translating user requirements to determine when software changes should be made and how systems and processes can be made more efficient.
- Proficient at business analysis and work modeling.
- Good discretionary and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information.
- Diligently attends to details and pursues quality in accomplishing tasks.
