**EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - REAL ESTATE**

**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven and highly organized Executive Assistant (including Team Management and Brokerage Administration) to join our commercial real estate firm. As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing the real estate team’s day-to-day operations including administrative tasks relating to active deal files and drafting documents for the sales team data input and management of the CRM, overseeing deal flow and working with external partners to. You will be responsible for overseeing and management of the brokerage’s active deal files and ensuring digital and hardcopy folders are complete.

You will collaborate closely with the sales team, industry professionals and external stakeholders to ensure the deal flow process runs smoothly to achieve AICRE Commercial’s business objectives.

Previous real estate experience, whilst welcomed, is not essential, Proven experience in an executive assistant role or similar administrative position, preferably in a real estate or professional services setting. and the successful applicant may be a recent graduate who is looking at developing their commercial property career or a mature, self-motivated, and organized individual with sales experience looking for a career change. Other requirements include:

- Current Drivers License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent presentation
- Attention to detail and a diligent work ethic
- Able to work well with set KPI's

**The Position**

We are looking for an energetic, motivated and detail oriented individual to work within our team to help provide industry leading services to our Commercial real estate clients, with responsibilities including:

- Administrative support to our senior agents
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide executive assistance to the Partners, assisting with scheduling, communications and administrative tasks
- Management of Salesforce CRM including data input
- Draft documents as required by the Partners including offers
- Conduct market surveys and compile list of available properties
- Assist with client and deal coordination and communication
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Property research and analysis
- Marketing of exclusive Brokerage listings
- Market research and report writing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
