The **Director of Donor Relations & Stewardship **position plays a critical role in providing the financial resources needed to accomplish the NLPM mission and vision. This role is focused on creating and implementing an annual giving strategy that helps grow our existing giving model. In addition, the Director will create and implement a strategy to strengthen and grow NLPM church partnerships. The Director will be a natural relationship builder and brand ambassador for NLPM. This person must have a deep passion for reaching the lost and broken with the good news of Jesus Christ.

- Leadership abilities with the desire to engage donors and partners in the mission of the organization.
- Strong desire to grow the reach of NLPM to new donors and partners expanding the brand beyond its current audience.
- Goal-oriented with the desire to accomplish or surpass fund development projections once set by the leadership team.
- Creative skills including event planning, marketing, public relations and speaking skills, etc.
- Ability to respond to the needs of donors through gift processing, and database management, and to support the fundraising needs of NLPM with the involvement of the Executive Director where required.
- Team player with a positive attitude who is willing to help where needed.
- Exemplary time management and the ability to prioritize incoming responsibilities.
- Discernment and confidentiality skills
- Other duties as assigned or needed by the ministry.

Our preference would be to hire someone with the following experience, in no specific order:

- Previous track record of building relationships with key donors or partners, direct fund development experience considered an asset.
- Experience in a goal-oriented environment with the ability to independently develop and manage a yearly plan.
- Experience working with churches or in a church setting or a basic understanding of church culture.
- Demonstrated creativity in developing a plan with a goal and finding enjoyment in achieving that goal.
- This job requires you to have the ability to demonstrate your passion for the gospel. You will need to be comfortable public speaking and being an outward brand ambassador for the ministry and its mission.
- Experience working in a Christian ministry or non-profit is an asset.

Hours of Work
- 37.5 hours per week
- Flexible work hours based on the needs of the program.
- Remote work is permitted, however, one day per week in the London office for team meetings is required.
- National and province-wide travel required, based on the needs of donors and partners - as approved by the Executive Director

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
