Are you looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly expanding company? As a Sales Agent at WingBuddy, you’ll work closely with our experienced senior agents, handling inquiries from both customers and travel agencies. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring prompt and effective responses to all requests, with a focus on converting inquiries into confirmed reservations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Consultation: Advise clients on our wide range of travel packages and destinations, ensuring they find the perfect fit for their needs.
- Quotation Preparation: Accurately prepare and deliver quotes, ensuring all client requirements are met.
- Reservation Management: Enter reservations into our system, process payments, and ensure all details are correctly recorded.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of all our products, promotions, and services to offer informed advice and recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably within the travel industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in the travel industry is highly desirable.
- OPC certified, a plus

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Saturday (currently Mon-Fri).
- Day shift.

**Description du poste**:
Vous cherchez une opportunité de faire une différence dans une entreprise en pleine expansion ? En tant qu'agent de vente chez WingBuddy, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos agents seniors expérimentés, traitant les demandes des clients et des agences de voyage. Votre rôle sera crucial pour assurer des réponses rapides et efficaces à toutes les demandes, avec un objectif de conversion de ces demandes en réservations confirmées.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Support aux clients et agences : Gérer les appels et courriels entrants des clients et des agences de voyage, en fournissant des réponses professionnelles et rapides.
- Consultation : Conseiller les clients sur notre large gamme de forfaits et de destinations, en veillant à ce qu'ils trouvent l'offre qui correspond parfaitement à leurs besoins.
- Préparation de devis : Préparer et envoyer des devis avec précision, en veillant à ce que toutes les exigences des clients soient respectées.
- Gestion des réservations : Saisir les réservations dans notre système, traiter les paiements et s'assurer que tous les détails sont correctement enregistrés.
- Connaissance des produits : Maintenir une compréhension complète et à jour de tous nos produits, promotions et services afin d'offrir des conseils et des recommandations éclairés.
