Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for plumbing products and exceptional sales skills? Do you have a knack for building relationships and a proven track record in the sales industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Sales Agent specializing in plumbing products, representing our line of premium bathroom products including designer toilets, vanities, bathtubs, shower doors, and faucets in the Quebec market.
We are a leading provider of high-quality plumbing products renowned for their innovation, style, and functionality. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and product excellence, we are expanding our presence in Montreal and are seeking a dynamic Sales Agent to drive our growth in this region.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**: Identify and target potential clients including plumbing contractors, home builders, interior designers, and retail showrooms to promote and sell our premium line of bathroom products.
- **Product Expertise**: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate and educate clients on the value proposition of our plumbing products.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Quebec market, including setting targets, forecasting sales, and monitoring industry trends to capitalize on new business opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with our marketing and product development teams to provide valuable market insights and contribute to the enhancement of our product offerings based on customer feedback.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the plumbing or related industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of plumbing products and industry trends is a strong asset.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Quebec region.
